We only collect the personal data you provide to us yourself through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the type of project and the content of your message. In addition, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of visit, in the context of the secure operation of the website.

Your data is used to:
- respond to your questions and prepare quotes;
- prepare and carry out the services you request;
- ensure the security, integrity and proper functioning of our website.
We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on:
- your consent, when you fill in the contact form;
- the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request;
- our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website.
5. Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:
- quote requests without follow-up: maximum 12 months after your last contact;
- client data in case of effective service delivery: 10 years, in line with the legal retention periods regarding invoicing and liability;
- technical server logs at our hosting provider: usually maximum 30 days.
6. Recipients of the data
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is processed by the following external service providers:
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions so we can receive them by email (processor);
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts the website and processes technical server logs;
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) — provides the fonts used on the site; your IP address is technically processed in the process;
- unpkg (Cloudflare) — delivers the Alpine.js library used for certain interactive elements of the site; your IP address is also technically processed here.
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. The only local storage is a technical preference for the selected language (genergy_lang), which is kept exclusively in your own browser and is not sent to our servers.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request the portability of your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
